And this, Love: A Celebration by Sharon Bassin and Helen Exley, was my last release for My Bloody Valentine’s Day Release Challenge 4: The Prequel. Gave it to efou and she released it outside a rundown wine-cellar in Kamara, Thessaloniki, at about 17.00 on the 13th of February, the day before St. Valentines.

I left For the Love of My Life by Lidia Maria Riba outside a tobacco shop in Ag. Dimitriou street, Thessaloniki, right before the church. This was also for My Bloody Valentine’s Day Release Challenge 4: The Prequel. Released at about 18.30 on the 12th of February.

I released this for “My Bloody Valentine’s Day Release Challenge 4: The Prequel”. It’s A Tale of Love and Darkness by Amos Oz in Greek. I released it outside the Turkish Consulate, which is located near Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s birth place in Thessaloniki at about 18.00 on the 12th of February.
Ok, everyone. I made you a valentine so mind-blowingly original that I expect thousands of emails asking how I could possibly be so creative. Here’s a mix that can be downloaded by clicking the picture or the title of the collection. Bonus: you get a picture of my arm. Enjoy!

12 songs with the word “book” in their titles…

Gliko Koritsy (:Sweet Girl) by Malvena Karali is the second book my parents took with them on their weekend in Volos. Only it was not released there, but in a small village nearby, Makrinitsa. They set it free outside cafe Epikentron, at about 15.00 on the 1st of February. It was already gone when they left the place…

My parents went for the weekend in Volos, so it was a perfect chance for me to give them a book or two to release there. This first one, The Aquitane Progression by Robert Ludlum was released in cafe Next, on Volos’ waterfront, at about 20.00 on the 31st of January. No imagination though, they just left in on the table when they were leaving!
Well, I can’t combine those two. I have to be completely focused in my book when I read. And instrumental music doesn’t work either…

My friend just sent this from San Francisco with the caption: Is this your dream? Why yes, Amanda, yes it is.
I think to myself, “Self, this book is too good and if you read it too fast your brain might explode. Go slow.”
So that’s what I do.
